1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using VetPro Health 360 (the "App"), operated by South Drake Holdings LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

VetPro Health 360 is a pet health management application that helps pet owners organize veterinary records, track health events, set reminders, scan documents, and access AI-powered health insights. The App is available on iOS.

3. Not a Substitute for Veterinary Care

Important: The App, including its AI assistant feature, is for informational and organizational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified veterinarian with any questions regarding your pet's health. Never disregard professional veterinary advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by the App.

4. Account Registration

To use the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

  • The App offers a subscription-based service with a free trial period.
  • Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store.
  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID Account Settings.
  • Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policies.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all data, documents, images, and other content you upload to the App ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Upload malicious content or malware

8. Shared Access

The App allows you to share pet profiles with other users (e.g., family members, pet sitters). You are responsible for managing who has access to your pet's data. We are not liable for any actions taken by users you grant access to.

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, content, and technology, is owned by South Drake Holdings LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, South Drake Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages arising from reliance on AI-generated health information, whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App's Account Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
